These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Trackpanda Textiles website for browsing and purchasing our premium silk, fashion, and textile products. By creating an account, browsing the site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form a binding agreement between you and Trackpanda Textiles governing your use of our website. By registering on or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

4. Products & Pricing

Product images are for illustration only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate visual representation, the appearance or colour of a delivered product (especially textiles and silks) may differ slightly due to photographic lighting or screen resolution.
Displayed prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers may change at any time and do not apply retrospectively to orders already placed.
If an item you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you and refund the amount rather than deliver a substitute, or we will give you the option to choose an alternative.

5. Payments

Trackpanda Textiles accepts payments through our secure online payment partners (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Payments are processed securely, and we do not store your sensitive financial information.

If an amount is debited from your account but your order does not show as confirmed, please contact us with your payment reference. Unmatched transactions will be refunded to your original payment method.

6. Delivery

Delivery time estimates are based on our logistic partners' schedules. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, natural disasters). Please ensure you provide a valid delivery address.

8. User Conduct & Restrictions
